I had a great experience with this dealership. The price on the SUV was competitive and it was in excellent condition. The whole sales process was very low pressure and it was easy to understand why they have been in business so long. I have always been extremely leery of used car lots and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely buy from them again.

Terrible customer service. Would not budge on the sticker price not even 100$!. I understand well that money is to be made but to tell someone nope sorry can’t do it and just give me a smirk was just unbelievable. Nothing special here don’t waste your time. Better dealerships nearby.
Terrible customer service. At least the salesman I talked with. I don't know if it's common practice at dealerships now, but they will not budge on their sticker price, even knowing there is an issue with the vehicle they are selling. I understand they need to make money, but refusing to even negotiate is ridiculous. I even tried to keep a relationship with the dealer, saying if they got in any other vehicle similar to the one I looked at, but at a lower price, to give me a call. Salesman just said they don't exist and blew me off.
